Returns Policy

Our returns policy is currently on hold in light of the current pandemic. To ensure the safety of our team and other customers we will not be processing any returns or refunds to avoid cross-contamination. Our regular returns policy will resume once the pandemic has subsided. Thank you for your understanding.

We have a 21-day return policy. Upon receiving your order, if you'd like to request a return please message us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 21 days.

Items must be in its original condition, unused and kept in its original packaging to be eligible for return. Proof of purchase must be shown.

Please note: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns on all items. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value. To request a return, please email us at [email protected]

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if item is found defective, damaged or wrong item is received, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue for you.

Full of Grace is not responsible for any items damaged during transit, but please email us at [email protected] if this is the case so we can report this issue with the courier.

We try our very best to ensure all orders are packaged and protected well for transit.

Exceptions/ Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on custom orders, sale items or gift cards.


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved you will automatically be refunded through your original payment method. Please refer to your bank processing time whilst awaiting refund.

International shipment

Customers are responsible for any additional charges incurred during shipment such as duties, taxes and customs. This includes if the package is refused or returned to us. If you are returning any items please declare this in customs as a return of unwanted goods.
